Not Living Up to the Family Name

In all reality, this is very sad. It really isn't that much of a sports story, but he's related to an MVP so I thought I would mention it.

Brett Pedroia, Dustin's older brother, has been accused of child molestation. According to the story, the event happened in 2004, but the child (then eight years old) didn't inform his parents until recently.

Pedroia is charged with two counts of lewd acts with a child under the age of 13, and two acts of oral copulation with a minor. Pedroia posted bail at $50,000 and the court date is set for February 4.
